To meet the needs of today's legal professionals, Trattel Court Reporting & Videography now offers certified court video services. We are certified by the American Guild of Court Videographers and offer services in Albuquerque and through-out New Mexico.
To ensure your video production is of the highest quality, we offer the latest in video technology. Your choice of Super VHS (S-VHS) or Digital Video (DV).
For deposition videotaping, audio can be the single most important factor for the final presentation. To ensure voices are crisp and clear, we use ultra-sensitive lapel (clip-on) microphones and continuously monitor each audio channel.
And to safeguard against unexpected video failure, all certified court depositions are produced with dual backup recordings - both audio and video. This also allows for instant tape delivery if needed.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR VIDEO DEPOSITION?
Every video depo includes TWO FREE video copies: a viewing copy for ordering party and sealed certified copy. In addition a 5-year archive copy is stored for backup purposes.
Included with each depo is also a detailed "Objection and Colloquy Log" and "Exhibit Log" indexed by time/date on the video.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES?
We offer some of the lowest certified video services in New Mexico - only $70 per hour, two hour minimum. Certified video copies are $30 per tape (2 hour max.).
WHAT ABOUT "DOCUMENTARY" AND PRESENTATION VIDEOS?
Show the clips that matter. Using high-power digital video editing workstations we can put together a quality edited video such as for a grand jury presentation. Want a settlement? Our digital editing service is especially effective for a documentary or "day in the life of" videos.
